About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Incident Management Officer to join our team at Axa Group. As an Incident Management Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and managing technical support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and tracking incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on business operations
  • Coordinating with technical support teams to restore services as soon as possible
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including management and customers, during incident resolution
  • Identifying trends and implementing proactive measures to prevent similar incidents
  • Collaborating with problem management teams to investigate root causes and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including ITIL certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Service Now environment
