About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Camunda. As a key member of our Consulting organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and prospects along their journey with Camunda.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hands-on Consulting and Workshops: Conduct in-depth consulting sessions and workshops that focus on Process Modeling, Process Automation with Camunda, Software Engineering, and Architecture for our customers.
  2. Portfolio Development and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workshop portfolio and related content, as well as building collective knowledge within the Consulting organization.
  3. Collaboration and Account Management: Collaborate with other Camunda teams, such as Customer Success Management, Sales, and Product Management, to ensure retention and expansion of accounts.
  4. Special Projects and Community Engagement: Contribute to various side projects, such as writing Best Practice Guides, helping community users on the Camunda Forum, speaking at Community Events, and writing Blog Posts.
Requirements
  1. Product Expertise: Ability and willingness to build expertise about Camunda and related technologies.
  2. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex problems in easy-to-understand words.
  3. Hands-on Attitude and Self-Motivation: Hands-on attitude and a high level of self-motivation to deep-dive into scenarios you may not be super familiar with.
  4. Language and Cultural Competence: Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a big plus.
  5. Enterprise Software Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Development.
  6. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, etc.) and its enterprise software frameworks.
  7. Software Architecture and DevOps: Excellent understanding of Software architecture and paradigms, as well as experience with DevOps, especially with Kubernetes.
  8. Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel (up to 50% of your time).
