About the Role

At Importante Empresa, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Strategy team in Madrid. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping us scope and manage multiple projects to high standards, acting as a point of reference internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our company values and contribute to a positive team culture and quality standards.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking for clients, understanding client objectives and delivering value at every client interaction.
  • Develop current client relationships and coordinates project deliveries alongside Client Service and Design representatives.
  • Lead and contribute directly to structure, content, and delivery of documents for internal or client use.
  • Lead and moderate workshops (internal and external).
  • Manage consultants and/or analysts (coordinating, coaching, reviewing).
  • Act as First point of supervision and feedback for Consultant work.
  • Act as Second point of supervision and feedback for Analyst work (after Consultant review).
  • Lead New Business POVs and attends New Business opportunities if relevant.
  • Collaborate in marketing material generation and events (writing articles or attending conferences if requested).
  • Contribute to the knowledge sharing among the team (pertaining their specific area of expertise or interest).
  • Participate periodically in recruiting process: shortlist selection, interview, and summary (enlisting and coordinating help from others when needed).
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Advertising, PR, or similar.
  • Excels in written and verbal English.
  • At least 6 years of experience in similar business.
  • High degree of computer knowledge.
Qualities and Skills
  • Passionate about working with people and problem-solving.
  • Team player, working flexibly and collaboratively with Design and Client teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Self-starter, who is proactive and can work effectively under pressure and speed.
  • Sets high standards for his/her work and has good attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple and diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
  • Naturally curious about consumer-facing issues and current affairs.
  • Very good business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Open-minded and can bring a fresh perspective to a problem.
