As a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Assistant to join our Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to play a key role in the management of our international logistics operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the coordination and execution of international logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Document Issuance: Prepare and issue necessary documents for national and international transport, including customs forms and commercial invoices.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to manage logistics operations, including procurement, sales, and customer service.
  • Warehouse Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external warehouses to ensure seamless storage and distribution of goods.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve any issues or disputes related to transportation, including claims and disputes with suppliers.
  • Language Skills: Possess a high level of English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • International Trade Knowledge: Possess a high level of knowledge in international trade regulations, including Incoterms, customs regimes, and preferential agreements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, import/export administration, or a related field.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations for the transport of dangerous goods by air, land, and sea, including IATA, ADR, and IMDG.
