Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst plays a critical role in managing the daily transactional operations of financial planning and analysis processes to deliver services that meet business needs, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and lead the process of solving operational issues. This position is responsible for FP&A for the Care Enablement business entity in Spain, focusing on commercial P&L, including internal and external revenues, costs of revenues, and business-related SG&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of periodic financial reports for group purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analysis of the profitability of the company and its organizational units, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Preparation of management reports, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget/forecast, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Calculation of provisions and write-downs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Cooperation with the Accounting, Operational, and Medical Departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Participation in international and local projects, driving process improvements and standardization.
  • Supporting process transfer to GBS, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance).
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding.
  • Excellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality.
  • Team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks.
  • Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload.
  • Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure.
  • Highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient, and customer-oriented working style.
  • Knowledge of SAP environment.
  • Experience in BI tools is an asset.
  • Understand and use modern communication software and systems.
  • Understand basics of e-health, data security, and related topics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English language in the business environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish language.
