Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Nexthink is a leader in digital employee experience management software, providing IT leaders with unprecedented insight to diagnose and fix issues at scale. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in growing our business by providing actionable insights to help Nexthink expand globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, analyze, plan, and control marketing activities
  • Support financial reporting related to marketing and HR/Legal departments
  • Develop and maintain financial models to plan, measure, and forecast business performance
  • Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast, and variance process
  • Understand marketing activities and challenge Cost per activity, ROI, and marketing metrics
  • Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs
  • Maintain and update Adaptive Planning
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience or Marketing Controller within a SaaS or Tech company in an international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning) and Netsuite
  • Passion for helping others make informed decisions driven by ROI and storytelling with numbers
  • Ability to present financial data concisely using detailed reports and charts
