Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Forecasting & Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and assist with strategic planning. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Coordinate with department heads to prepare the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts. Provide financial analysis to determine the return on investment for proposed projects.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial performance, including variance analysis and commentary for senior management.
  • Strategic Support: Support senior management with in-depth analysis and presentation materials for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and budgeting processes.
