Financial Planning and Analysis Director

At Empresa Reconocida, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in developing and managing financial models, forecasting, and budgeting. You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecasts, as well as preparing reporting on actuals vs. budgeted results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage financial analysis systems and procedures
  • Identify and prioritize recommended actions to improve financial performance
  • Prepare and maintain metric-driven financial models used to forecast and evaluate company profitability
  • Translate financial information into actionable insights for strategic planning, cash flow management, financing, and board and investor meetings
  • Lead the yearly planning and budgeting process, creating and establishing yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion
  • Interact proactively and collaboratively with executive leadership teams on a regular basis
  • Continuously develop tools/systems and automate processes to streamline the forecasting and budgeting processes and provide enhanced reporting functionality
