Job Description

Job Title: Support / Servicedesk Tekniker Sökes

Job Summary:

Vi söker nu en engagerad IT-supporttekniker till en av våra kunder i Stockholm. Som supporttekniker kommer du att vara en viktig del i att säkerställa en stabil IT-miljö och ge förstklassig support till användarna.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hantera inkommande incidenter och serviceförfrågningar via telefon, e-post, servicedesk och ärendehanteringssystem
  • Ge teknisk support på distans och på plats
  • Felsöka och lösa diverse IT-relaterade problem
  • Bidra till att förbättra rutiner och processer inom supporten

Requirements:

  • Har 2 års erfarenhet av IT support
  • Hög social kompetens och alltid har god service i fokus, mot både kunder och kollegor
  • Gillar problemlösning och är lösningsfokuserad
  • Kan kommunicera väl på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
  • Har god teknisk förståelse och är snabblärd när det gäller nya system

Meriterande:

  • Har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller certifiering inom IT
  • Har tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet som supporttekniker
  • Har kunskap inom ServiceNow eller liknande ärendehanteringssystem
  • Har kunskap och erfarenhet av Microsoft 365
  • Har kunskap inom Active Directory
  • Har kunskaper i Powershell
