ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Support Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer support operations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and service excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership Development: You will lead and mentor the customer support team, creating a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development. Quality Assurance: You will oversee the quality and efficiency of our support services, implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies to ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries. Training and Development: You will design and execute training programs that enhance team skills and product knowledge, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional service. Cross-Department Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments to align on customer needs and facilitate effective communication, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Issue Resolution: You will proactively manage escalated customer issues, serving as a point of contact for complex challenges and implementing preventive measures to enhance overall satisfaction. Performance Analysis: You will generate and analyze performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years in a customer support leadership role, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment. Skills: Strong communication skills in both German and English, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and motivating a support team. Customer Focus: A strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
