About the Role

Csl is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in Spain. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in strengthening our Medical Affairs Department by providing scientific support to our sales force and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide field-based medical support to the sales force, including gathering and sharing relevant information on current treatment practices and customer preferences.
  • Contribute to loading the CRM system with useful information on field work, facilitating customer segmentation in the therapeutic areas under your responsibility.
  • Build and develop scientific networks with key customers, including organizing and conducting expert meetings with key opinion leaders.
  • Identify, initiate, implement, and contribute to clinical projects, including phase IV, PMS, RWE, and/or pharmaco-economic/epidemiological studies.
  • Manage targeted hospital physicians and pharmacists with medical information services that facilitate sales development of existing products and new launches.
  • Support and collaborate in the preparation, organization, and update of training programs for the franchises under your responsibility.
Requirements
  • Scientific University Degree.
  • MBA or commercial specific training would be an advantage.
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, or a related position, with specific know-how on clinical development, drug safety, and pharmacovigilance.
  • International exposure would be an advantage.
  • Competence on national medical legislation is considered necessary.
