Key Responsibilities- Medical Affairs Expertise: Represent Medical Affairs externally to provide medical expertise in Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and products, and through scientific engagement with the medical community.
- Country Medical Plans: Execute country medical plans locally by representing the medical expertise in TAs and products and through scientific engagement with the medical community.
- Disease State Education: Provide disease state education, medical information, and research support to HCPs and KOLs.
- Scientific Insights: Share scientific insights from medical community interactions with local and global medical teams, ensuring capturing of field medical expertise.
- Training and Development: Train colleagues internally, all in accordance with global and local compliance and regulations.
- Scientific and Medical Expertise: Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise (TAs and products).
- KOL Engagement: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and professional organizations.
- Medical Support: Provide medical support for patient and formulary access products following global and local policies and procedures.
- Medical Activities: Support the development, implementation, and completion of medical activities (advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings, and speaker programs).
- Medical Resource: Serve as a medical resource for internal medical and sales training.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable local and global laws, regulations, guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
- Personal and Professional Development: Develop personal and professional capabilities to improve skills and professional capabilities.
- Education: University degree in Medical or Life Science Field (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology/Biochemistry).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical practice, research, or pharmaceutical industry.
- KOL Engagement: Demonstrated experience in KOL, HCP, or medical community engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish, experience with digital communication; good communication skills in English.
- Public Presentations: Experience in public scientific presentations.
- Travel: Ability for overnight travel, up to 50%.
