INTERNATIONAL TRAINER IN THE ESTHETIC AND MEDICAL SECTOR

Are you passionate about training, technology, and working in an international environment? As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an International Trainer to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and engaging professional with experience in technical and commercial training, capable of transferring knowledge, building strong relationships, and supporting our distributors and customers worldwide in the successful use of our medical-aesthetic solutions. What will be your mission? You will play a key role in ensuring that our distributors, customers, and internal teams have the knowledge and confidence needed to maximize the performance of our devices and deliver outstanding results to end users.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical and commercial training sessions for distributors, customers, and internal teams.
* Carry out the initial training when a new distributor starts working with our equipment.
* Provide follow-up and refresher training to distributors, ensuring they maintain our quality standards and effectively transfer knowledge to their customers.
* Travel regularly to visit distributors and deliver product training in different international markets.
* Support distributors’ training managers by answering technical and operational questions related to our equipment.
* Conduct product demonstrations and support the Export Manager in opening new distributors and developing new markets.
* Attend international congresses, exhibitions, and industry events as a company representative, strengthening brand awareness and supporting local distributors.
* Collaborate in the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, manuals, presentations, and educational resources. What are we looking for?
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or commercial product training.
* Experience in the medical-aesthetic, medical device, healthcare, or technology sectors will be highly valued.
* Fluent English (minimum C2 level). Additional languages such as French, German, Portuguese, or Spanish are a plus.
* Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.
* Ability to adapt training approaches to different cultures and international markets.
* Customer-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
* Availability and willingness to travel frequently worldwide. What do
