We are looking for a Director of European Operations to scale and optimise footprint across the region. The company delivers high-performance hardware and software for utility-scale solar projects, and partners with the world's leading developers, EPCs, and IPPs.This is a pivotal leadership position with broad operational responsibility across manufacturing, supply chain, project delivery, field service, and customer success. The role is ideal for a senior operations leader who thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments and understands the complexity of delivering major renewable energy projects across Europe.The Director of European Operations will oversee end-to-end operational execution for all projects in the region, ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, quality, cost performance, and customer satisfaction.
