You will be the glue that holds our technology and operations together, working across time zones with our hubs in London, Dubai, Toronto, and Riyadh.Role OverviewThis is a high-impact role for a professional with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will lead projects that are at the cutting edge of AI, including:Platform Rollouts: Managing the lifecycle of new AI-driven features.International Integrations: Coordinating API syncs with global enterprise partners.Operational Excellence: Automating internal workflows to support rapid scaling.Product Roadmap: Aligning technical sprints with business goals.What You’ll DoEnd-to-End Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines using Agile methodologies.Cross-Hub Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between our engineering teams and global leadership.Strategic Documentation: Maintain clear project scopes, risk assessments, and KPI dashboards.Problem Solving: Identify technical or operational bottlenecks and implement swift solutions.Communication: Lead sprint reviews and provide concise updates to the executive team.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2–5 years as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in the Tech/SaaS sector.Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (Essential).
