This is essential for the position.Responsibilities:Client managementResearch and gather intelligence on target market sectors / organizations and contacts as part of the sales processFocus on opening new clients and expanding existing clients - focusing on companies whose pipeline match our expertise or business goalsAchieve agreed sales target, as well as number of client calls and visitsPrepare and achieve sales planDevelop and maintain existing and new relationships with key decision makers at targeted accountsMaintain high level of understanding, of the decision making process with all major sponsorsEnsure that all proposal/contract details, client meetings, RFP (Request for Proposal) information and relevant updates are shared between the clients and the companyDevelop relationship with leads or prospects to generate RFPsOrganise clients meeting, organise congresses, as neededEstablish and maintain contacts with operational departments as neededActs ethically to represent LinicalFollows sales process to streamline, coordinate and lead opportunity activities cross functionallyDemonstrate cross functional collaboration with the functional heads beyond proposal development processReview the proposal drafts to provide input on strategy and pricing levelSupport the proposal management to ensure that all internal information will be delivered on timeInteract with the clients to collect necessary information, whenever applicableSubmit proposal to the client and follow up during the entire CRO selection processManage and Lead the Bid Defence ProcessTake responsibility for drafting the BDM slide deck and work cross functionallyObtain all relevant information from the sponsorOrganise meeting in accordance with the sponsor’s scheduleCollaborate with participants of the presentationPrepare rehearsals as requested and necessary (3 minimum)Ensure regular communication with clinical project teams in order to secure the potential for repeat business and maximise opportunities for feedback.Support the contract process and collaborate with legal departmentAttend conferences, symposia and exhibitionsWith all relevant information related to leads, RFPs, proposals, email (client and internal), territory business plans, meetings, conference call as applicableEnsures that all client meetings, RFP information and relevant updates are captured and maintained within . This is essential for the position.The right candidate must have the following experience:Speak fluent French & English.
