Desde LHH abrimos una posición de Senior Account Executive para uno de nuestros clientes del sector EdTech.Se trata de una compañía líder en soluciones eLearning 360 para organizaciones, con larga trayectoria en digitalización de contenidos, plataformas LMS, formación a medida y programas para empresas y administraciones públicas. La misión principal del puesto será impulsar el desarrollo de negocio corporativo a nivel nacional (con foco en Madrid), abriendo nuevas cuentas y posicionando soluciones de formación digital.Rol 100% hunter, con orientación a prospección, generación de pipeline y cierre.Responsabilidades clave:Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de prospección en el segmento corporativo (foco en grandes y medianas cuentas, especialmente en Madrid).Identificar oportunidades y abrir puertas con interlocutores C‑level/Directivos (RRHH, Formación, Dirección General).Conducir el ciclo completo de venta consultiva: discovery, demo/valor, propuesta y negociación hasta cierre.Colaborar con equipos internos (producto/solución) para configurar propuestas a medida y preparar licitaciones/RFP.Gestionar el pipeline en CRM, reportar actividad y resultados, y cumplir KPI’s de nueva apertura (visitas, oportunidades, MQL/SQL, propuestas, cierres).Representar la oferta en eventos del sector, ferias y foros empresariales.Mantener conocimiento actualizado de tendencias en eLearning/EdTech, LXP/LMS, contenidos interactivos, microlearning y gamificación.Requisitos:+6 años en desarrollo de negocio B2B (servicios, soluciones digitales, formación, consultoría o similares) con demostrado track record hunter.Red de contactos y acceso a decisores en el tejido empresarial español, especialmente de Madrid; capacidad para abrir cuentas “desde cero”.Venta consultiva (retorno, impacto en negocio, adopción, experiencia de aprendizaje) y manejo de ciclos de venta largos.Inglés valorable (capacidad para tratos con proveedores/partners y documentación).Dominio de CRM (p. ej., Salesforce, HubSpot), paquete Office/365 y herramientas de demo/presentación.Disponibilidad para viajar.
