This is a high-impact role for a commercial leader who thrives on building relationships, opening new markets, and delivering sustainable profitability across multiple territories.Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across Spanish and European marketsConduct quarterly business reviews to uncover growth opportunitiesDeliver Commercial ExcellenceLead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to optimise marginsFeed customer insights into product development and innovation initiatives5+ yearsin business development or sales within fasteners, manufacturing, or engineering sectors~ Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing complex B2B deals~ Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and develop market-specific approaches~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (D365 experience advantageous)~ Fluent English(written and spoken)Cross-border commercial xsgfvud experience and cultural adaptabilityTechnical understanding of fasteners or industrial componentsMBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or EngineeringAutonomy– Operate independently with senior-level collaborationCareer Development– Work alongside senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors and Engineering Innovation teams
