Por favor, presente su candidatura sin demora si su perfil encaja bien con este puesto, debido al alto nivel de interés.What You'll DoAs our Sales Account Executive (Investor Relations), your mission is to build and grow relationships with real estate investors (private offices, funds, syndicates, and family offices) and convert them into paid subscribers on the Cobuildy platform. Your responsibilities will include: Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, running demos, handling objections, and closing Segment and prioritize investors based on size, strategy, and region Understand each investor's criteria and communicate how Cobuildy adds value Collaborate with the product and operations teams to continuously improve investor onboarding and retention Represent Cobuildy in investor communities and online channels (LinkedIn, events, etc.) Maintain clean CRM data and report on KPIs and performance What We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or investor relations (ideally in real estate, fintech, or SaaS) Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with high-net-worth individuals and institutions Proactive, structured, and self-driven — you're not afraid to chase and close deals Fluency in English xsgfvud (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a big plus) Familiarity with real estate investing, capital raising, or financial products is highly desirable Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus Why Join UsWork closely with top-tier investors and developers across Europe Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Hybrid / remote flexibility + Barcelona HQ A product you'll be proud to pitch — with proven traction and differentiation
