The new team will be onboarded at the end of March or early April 2026 and will be an integral part of the new Multinational Excellence Centre.With first experience in insurance or a corporate context and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a fluent English speaker who quickly becomes operational in Madrid will be highly encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.Our TeamOur Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists who deliver our unique selling proposition through technical excellence, the Allianz network and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our global team to enhance the client experience through technical capabilities, internal collaboration and by setting the tone for our multinational growth.You will report to a team lead and/or the head of our newly established Multinational Excellence Centre in Spain, becoming part of a global and dynamic team of multinational professionals.The Impact You Will HaveYou will be responsible for the policy administration of multinational insurance programs, coordinating operational activities and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients and partners. You will work closely with various Allianz Commercial teams to streamline processes, manage data and support the execution of program implementation steps.Specific ResponsibilitiesEnsure that information is complete for the issuance of multinational insurance programsAct as a point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globallyPrepare policy wording documents for customer needsMaintain multinational data in core global systems for informed decision-makingContribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP)Participate in transformation initiatives and provide insights for process improvementsCollaborate with Service Operating Entities (SOEs) to coordinate product implementation stepsSupport global teams for network management and knowledge tools by creating questionnaires and content for new productsYou’ll BringYou are operational in Madrid and are a motivated individual with a keen interest in the insurance industry, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ideally, you also bring previous experience in multinational insurance operations in policy administration.What You Bring To The RoleExperience in a corporate company, skilled at handling professional relationshipsExcellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
