As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in our business operations, and supporting our continuous growth and expansion. Why Join Us? ● Real Impact: See the tangible results of your work. ● Professional Growth: Your journey with us directly impacts our company's success. ● No Strict Rules: We value creativity and innovation. ● Global Market: Contribute to reshaping the travel industry Bytetravel is listed in the Spanish Stock Market (BME Scaleup) Responsibilities: Develop new relationships with Corporates in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project success Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product, teams to ensure alignment and delivery Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales Have extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development and have successfully managed the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to opportunity creation and closing. Proven experience selling SaaS, technology or travel services, SaaS to Corporates Understands the dynamics of the B2B value chain Target Client Background: Mid- to large-size companies and multinationals. High-level conversations with C-level executives BDM, CMOs, CFO or Travel Managers) Key Skills: Strong relationship-building with product, contracting, and commercial teams Experience with XML/API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plus Skilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenue Location & Language: Based in Barcelona Fluent in English and Spanish French, or German are strong assets depending on region What We Offer: Flexible working hours Remote work 1 day per week REAL Stock options , we are a listed in the BME Scaleup Stock market Private Health insurance Permanent contract Attractive commissions & bonus incentives.
