Our tech handles the complex stuff behind the scenes so teams can focus on what matters most: creating amazing guest experiences. We've achieved strong product-market fit and are now expanding internationally. We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Account Executive to lead our growth across Europe and Latin America — two rapidly growing markets for short-term rental operations. As our dedicated AE for these regions, you'll have the opportunity to establish SuiteOp's presence in new markets while working closely with our sales and growth teams. You'll own the full sales cycle for Europe and LATAM prospects and help us build relationships with property managers and hospitality operators across these regions. Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for Europe and LATAM prospects, becoming the expert voice of SuiteOp in these regions Generate your own pipeline through targeted prospecting across European and Latin American markets Adapt and localize our proven sales playbook, messaging, and objection handling for regional markets Build relationships with property managers, hospitality operators, and other decision makers across Europe and LATAM Represent SuiteOp at regional industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate leads Partner with our sales and growth teams to convert qualified leads into happy customers Provide crucial market feedback to our product team about regional customer pain points and feature requests Analyze regional sales performance to drive continuous improvements in conversion and close rates Navigate time zone differences and cultural nuances to deliver an excellent buying experience Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE): €75,000 - €120,000 Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Equity ownership in SuiteOp Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMBs or mid-market companies Proven track record of breaking records — we're looking for someone who doesn't just hit quota but smashes it History of over-achievement in previous roles — show us where you've gone above and beyond Strong prospecting skills and experience building your own pipeline from scratch Fluency in English required; Spanish, Portuguese, French, and/or German proficiency strongly preferred Comfort with representing the company at international events and turning conversations into opportunities Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex solutions in simple, compelling ways Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive working autonomously across time zones Experience using modern sales tools (CRM, email automation, etc.) Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate prospects across multiple time zones Ideal Candidate: Experience selling to hospitality, property management, or adjacent industries Existing network or market knowledge in European or Latin American hospitality/STR markets Previous experience in international or regional sales expansion Excited to establish SuiteOp's presence in new markets and build regional momentum Combines a hunter mentality with a passion for customer success Sets ambitious personal goals and consistently finds ways to exceed them Lives for the hunt — you get a thrill from identifying prospects and turning them into customers Data-driven xsgfvud and process-oriented while maintaining authentic relationship-building skills What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days: Build and execute a regional prospecting strategy that delivers a strong, qualified pipeline across Europe and LATAM Close your first 5-10 deals in your territory and establish momentum in key markets Develop deep product mastery and confidently demo to prospects across different time zones Attend at least one key regional industry event and bring back actionable connections Identify key regional nuances and help adapt our approach for these markets Build initial documentation on regional market insights and competitive landscape Why Join Now: Lead SuiteOp's expansion into exciting new international markets Work with a product that customers genuinely love (and you'll hear it in many calls) Join a growing team where your contributions directly shape our global trajectory Be part of something special with founders who value initiative and reward results If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, build your own pipeline, and help us bring SuiteOp to property managers across Europe and Latin America, we want to hear from you
