You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential communications, and support key projects across the region.Your ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, travel arrangements (including multi‑country Western Europe itineraries and occasional global region syncs), and expense reportsPrepare high‑impact presentations, reports, and sales material using advanced MS Office Suite skills to support regional leadership and global alignment meetingsCoordinate internal and external meetings, events, exhibitions, and communications across Western Europe in close collaboration with the Assistant to the Head of Inside Sales Western Europe at our headquarters in Neutraubling, GermanyHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist in tracking KPIs and preparing performance summaries for the Western Europe region, including contributions to global reportingQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (ideally supporting regional or multi‑region leadership)Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in dynamic, fast‑paced environmentsExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish; German is a plusAdvanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (complex animations, data visualization, template design, master slides, branding consistency, and global template standardization)Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and business insightsExpert‑level Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel (KPI tracking and global dashboards), Word (reports), and Outlook (cross‑region scheduling)Skilled in collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for seamless global coordinationAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural, multi‑region environmentA proactive mindset and a high level of discretionWhy Join Us?Be part of a vibrant team with international exposure across Western EuropeWork in a modern office in the heart of Barcelona (near Sants train station)Enjoy a hybrid work model and flexible hoursBenefit from professional development opportunities within a global organizationMake a real impact in a growing Western Europe sales team while contributing to worldwide successYour applicationHave we sparked your interest?
