The Senior Education Coordinator Iberia will lead the planning, development, and execution of educational initiatives across Spain and Portugal. In this role, he/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful education programs that support business objectives, product launches, and professional development for healthcare professionals.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Implement the educational strategy across the Iberian region, ensuring alignment with global education objectives and local market needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Managers to develop and execute educational plans that support product launches and long-term business growth.
- Design, implement, and monitor education programs, defining appropriate tools, KPIs, and metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
- Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) research and market analysis to identify educational opportunities and enhance training content.
- Develop and oversee the production of educational materials, digital content, training resources, and e-learning solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.
- Analyze educational program performance and prepare reports, including cost-benefit analyses for events and training activities.
- Plan and manage the annual education and events calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Support the Iberian Sales team with educational resources and activities, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and in-market events.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate scientific meetings, educational events, and conferences for healthcare professionals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, event agencies, and education partners.
- Support budget management and collaborate with the Finance and Administration teams on event reconciliation and reporting.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective communication, coordination, and smooth execution of events and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in education, training, marketing, or event management, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the Iberian region.
