Join usOverviewAs Account Director you would be focused on the strategic side of the process. You would be tasked with taking the initial brief from the client and marrying audience insight to their strategic ambitions. You\'ll be leading the creation, direction and on-going development of your client’s media strategy, injecting innovation into all communication solutions and achieving commercial return for your clients.ResponsibilitiesLeading the client´s communication activity, acting as a link between the different stakeholders involved.Providing strategic input across all of client´s objectives, with specific focus on digital.Handling analysis of performance reports, presentations and rational to clients.Being constantly appraised of technology developments in tracking and targeting to deliver the most innovative, competitive, breakthrough and accountable possible actions.Delivering the Omnichannel strategy across the brands and the annual strategies for each of them.Dealing with quality control of the agencies output - response to briefs, content projects, practices execution, etc.Handling Local and International coordination and reporting when required.Ensuring the ideas are high quality, inspirational, game changing and help our clients deliver their brands ambitions in the ever-changing media marketplace.Guaranteeing excellent relationships with other agency partners and with key media ownersQualificationsUniversity degree related to Marketing, Advertising or Economics or around 6-8 years of experience managing clients in advertising environmentAdvanced level of English (minimum B2)Excellent knowledge of the Media and Advertising market sector in SpainKnowledge and use of the tools/sources of the advertising market in SpainGood communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive, showing a clear client orientation and ability to develop Account strategy.Strong strategist skillsLeadership and people managementSteadfastly pushes self and others for resultsOpen to new ideas and changeAdditional InformationFlexible Benefits (Coverflex): Enjoy more than just work with flexible compensation including meal vouchers, health insurance, transportation, and more.Growth Opportunities: You can advance in your career not only through the experience of working with major clients but also by accessing local and global training programs specialized according to your role, covering both technical and soft skills.Free Online Training: You can access unlimited courses from LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Catalogs through our artificial intelligence platform "Marcel".Partner Certifications: You'll have the opportunity to obtain certifications from industry giants such as Meta, Google, or Amazon.Work from anywhere: Telecommute up to 6 weeks from over 100 countries with our #WorkYourWorld program.Attractive holidays package including your birthday & Advertising Day off plus some additional days off.
