Silicon HR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Director to join our growing team. As a Digital Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for our clients, as well as managing and nurturing client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and ability to manage and inspire a team

**Benefits**:

- Be part of an agency with multinational clients where you will be the main digital marketing manager for a large account.
- Teleworking 2 days a week + 6 weeks a year
- 28 days of vacation a year.
- Other interesting benefits for flexible remuneration
- Hours from 9-18 and Friday from 9-15
