Fully remote or based in our offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or Paris. French and English fluency are required; our written communication language is English.This is a full-time role responsible for shaping and executing a dual-brand strategy that grows both a personal brand and the company brand, aligned with Paradox’s mission to create a scalable operating system for greatness.ResponsibilitiesArchitect the dual-brand strategy to scale a personal brand while building a standalone company brand that outlasts its founder.Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that differentiate from the standard self-help paradigm.Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.Take end-to-end ownership of content production: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final cuts match the vision.Identify, hire, and onboard required specialists (motion designers, drone operators, subject-matter experts) to execute concepts.Treat David as the actor on set, ensuring scripts, set, and direction minimize his mental load while delivering high-quality output.Lead the Content Factory: manage the internal content team, establish tempo, culture, and standards of excellence; provide high-level artistic direction and quality checks against Paradox standards.Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.QualificationsProven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (e.g., 100k+ followers or millions of views).Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and giving feedback to elevate work.Elite Scripting Skills: ability to show scripts that performed well and craft engaging narratives for long-form content.Performance Fluency: experience delivering content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).Language: French native or bilingual; English fluent; ability to communicate with English-speaking colleagues; written English preferred.Personal TraitsIntolerant to mediocrity; attention to details in fonts, cuts, and headlines.Psychology-oriented; understands why people click and share.Authoritative doer; can write, direct, and edit as needed with minimal supervision.No ego, focused on impact; analytic, pivot-ready when concepts underperform.Why join usAutonomy and accountability in a high-performance culture.Remote-friendly with flexible hours; offices in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon.Mac-based work environment; wellbeing perks (gym/education budgets); access to coaching and development.Join a team of designers, tech, coaches, and filmmakers focused on meaningful impact.How to applyIf this description resonates, click Apply for this position and complete the short questionnaire (7–8 minutes) and submit your CV.Hiring processA 6–8 minute application survey.A 15–30 minute video call with HR to assess fit.A career-focused video call with VP Marketing to align on background and needs.A culture-fit video call to confirm alignment with values and culture.Reference calls to gain insights into how you work in different environments. xsgfvud Welcome aboardBe sure you’re ready to contribute to Paradox’s mission to reinvent growth and learning through neuroscience, design, and AI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
