**Digital Content Manager (Remote)**:
**Salary**: €35,000-€40,000 base **+** bonuses **+** P&L share.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an ambitious **Digital Content Manager** to drive our e-commerce content strategy to the next level. In this role, you will have the autonomy to lead content initiatives, optimize our digital presence, and directly influence growth metrics. This is a high-impact position with a clear path to career advancement for a high-performing individual.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Strategy**: Develop and execute digital content strategies to drive **website traffic** and **conversions**.
- ** Website Management**: Manage and optimize website content for SEO, CRO, and UX using platforms like **Shopify or WooCommerce**.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Track key KPIs - e.g. **Contribution Margin**, organic traffic growth, and conversion rates - and adjust strategies based on insights.
- ** Leadership & Ownership**: Lead content initiatives with full autonomy and **ownership of results**, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet performance goals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: 4+ years in e-commerce content marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of driving growth.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize content performance (Google Analytics proficiency is a plus).
- ** Drive & Ambition**: Highly ambitious and **results-driven**, with the ability to take initiative and **lead projects**. Leadership potential is a big plus, as this role can grow into a **Head of B2C** position.
- ** Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and collaborate with a remote team.
