Key activity is the order management. The CSD provides information on all customer inquiries along with the order management process.This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona SPAIN.Key responsibilities:Order processing – creation, availability checks, order confirmationOrder processing – escalate unconfirmed items, check alternative solutions, express ordersOrder processing – frequent updates of delivery status to customersOrder processing – internal clarification availability with other fulfillment/ schedulingManage special order types – Sampling, FOC, Bulk shipments, TGDD flows, ConsignmentManage all SD documents – provide order confirmation, delivery notes, certificates, e.g. COAEnsure data quality from order entry to invoice output – order completion, pricing accuracy, F2 creationActive role supporting other areas key to a healthy Supply Chain and Business Strategy: Overdues, Forecast Accuracy, Master Data, New Business, Inventory Management and Logistics.Ensure business rule adherence – order lead times, MOV, Service segmentationSupports audit requirements and activitiesProfile:Min 3 years of experience in the customer service .Good SAP knowledge (understanding of SD processing and SAP related tools).English and Spanish are a must.
