Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About the roleYou will be responsible to develop, negotiate, and execute commercial strategies with key supermarket and perfumery chains in Spain, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and category leadership for the company’s brands in the mass‑market beauty and personal care channel.Your responsibilities- Manage and develop key accounts.- Negotiate annual agreements, rates, promotions, and shelf space.- Ensure product presence, distribution, and visibility.- Analyze market data (Nielsen/IRI) and propose improvements.- Coordinate new product launches within assigned accounts.- Manage commercial budgets and ensure profitability.- Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with the supply chain.- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers.The experience we're looking for5 years of experience in same role in regional accountsPrevious experience in FMCG companies will be valuablePrevious experience managing supermarket or perfumery accounts is highly valuedFluent in English and SpanishThe skills for successKey Account Management, Ecommerce, Analysing sales data, Leadership skills, Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills, Influencing, Consultative Selling, Customer strategy, Channel strategy, Sales strategy development, Perform product planning, Business accumen, commercial accumen, Sales negotiation, P and L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
