Join to apply for theAsegúrese de leer detenidamente la información sobre esta oportunidad antes de presentar su candidatura.Agency Manager Eastern Europerole atCriteo .What You'll DoWin new business, nurture prospects, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close.Work with large and independent agencies on marketing solutions, facilitate joint business planning meetings and strategic growth conversations.Draw up sales account plans, forecast and achieve quarterly targets, and expand Criteo solutions across Eastern Europe markets, prioritising the Czech or Polish market.Provide world‑class customer service to drive revenue growth with a large existing customer portfolio, closely working with the Account Strategist team.Reach and exceed business development goals, contributing to overall team goals.Take full responsibility for winning a target list of major new business prospects.Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with brands and agencies.Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with media agencies where required.Champion new products and solutions externally to the market.Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams.Identify and understand trends within the Retail industry, applying learnings to generate further new business.Attend major industry events and award ceremonies to build a strong network.Maintain accurate pipeline management and ownership of new and existing opportunities across multiple products.Hit or exceed quarterly revenue targets.If you are an autonomous experienced Sales Manager with the drive and willingness to focus on growth & business development, this is for youWho You AreFluent in Czech and/or Polish.Ideally digital media sales experience in display, search or eCommerce.Strong track record of driving new business.Established relationships with key contacts in prospects from the key Retail industry sector (brands and agencies).Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels.Ability to understand client’s business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.Team player, comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.Ability to persuade executive level management of Criteo’s value proposition.Strong presentation skills, analytical and problem‑solving skills.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
