The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our reproductive genetic testing portfolio (includingPGT solutions, Carrier Screening and more ) as a market leader. This role requires a strong combination of scientific understanding, commercial acumen, and relationship‑building skills within the IVF and reproductive medicine ecosystem. The candidate can be based somewhere in Europe, as we are expecting full availability totravel across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute thecommercial and business development strategyfor Reproductive Genetics in Europe or assigned territoriesDrive growth of the reproductive genetics portfolioIdentify, establish, and managestrategic partnershipswith IVF clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and key opinion leadersLead negotiations and closing of high-value commercial agreementsAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate closely with internal teams (medical, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure successful implementation of commercial strategiesRepresent the company atinternational congresses, conferences, and industry eventsManage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term collaborationPrepare commercial forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior managementYour profileRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum5 years of experienceinbusiness development, sales, or commercial leadership , preferably withingenetics, IVF, reproductive medicine, or life sciencesProven experience managingEuropean marketsor multi-country territoriesStrong knowledge ofReproductive Genetics ,PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT- SR, Carrier Screening .Demonstrated success in building and growing complex B2B partnershipsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsHigh level ofscientific and clinical understanding , with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersSkills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking with a strong xsgfvud results‑driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote, international environmentHigh level of organization and time managementStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levelsEntrepreneurial attitude with a proactive approach to market developmentLanguage & Travel RequirementsFluent English (written and spoken)– mandatoryAdditional European languages are a strong plusFull availability to travelextensively across EuropeWhy us?What We OfferA key leadership role in a fast‑growing and innovative fieldHigh level of autonomy and strategic impactCompetitive compensation package, including performance‑based incentivesOpportunity to work with leading professionals in reproductive genetics and IVF#J-18808-Ljbffr
