Identificar, contactar y captar nuevos clientes nacionales e internacionales.

Gestionar proyectos comerciales de principio a fin. Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con la cartera actual, potenciando satisfacción y crecimiento. Colaborar con otras líneas de negocio del Grupo, aportando soporte comercial puntual. Preparar y presentar propuestas técnico-comerciales, con seguimiento y análisis de feedback.

Coordinar con áreas técnicas y de producción para cumplir plazos, requisitos y estándares de calidad. Analizar mercados, detectar tendencias, nuevas oportunidades y posibles sinergias. Reportar periódicamente a la Dirección Comercial sobre proyectos, incidencias y KPIs.

REQUISITOS

DEL PUESTOTitulación universitaria en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Agrónoma, Química, Farmacia, Biotecnología, ADE o similares. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en desarrollo de negocio o gestión comercial en el sector químico o afines, preferiblemente en agro (fitosanitarios, fertilizantes, cosmética técnica, etc.). Inglés alto (C1). Se valorarán otros idiomas.
