We are looking for an Account Director with proficiency in English (French nice to have) to join our team. in .
The candidate will manage the campaigns amplification of many brands of a global client, from post-production to delivery. The Account Director will lead content production across a highly automated and AI-enabled ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery of creative assets at scale.
The candidate will be responsible for nurturing a good relationship in the full ecosystem of clients (marketing global clients, procurement, CDO teams) and creative agencies.
The candidate will work hand on hand with the Producers to ensure all content is being are delivered following quality standards and agreed timelines.
And will orchestrate the correct flow for administrative tasks, align internally and with clients on priorities, scope of work forecast, lead and organize content for efficient meetings and internal team logistics, working hand on hand with the Operations team.
YOU WILL DO
- Understand needs & meet client expectations
- Coordinate with the clients and producers of the different partner agencies the quality and delivery times of the materials.
- Work with the team on a daily basis to report on project requirements, ensure that the quality control process is followed at every stage, check progress and ensure both internal and client deadlines are met.
- Identify bottlenecks in resources or workflow and immediately develop a recommended resolution.
- Proactively consider content automation and AI production routes for projects together with Operations and studio teams.
- Oversee automated workflows and AI-driven processes to maximize efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and maintain quality standards.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation in content creation, adaptation, and delivery, fostering a culture of innovation and scalability.
- Ensure all produced assets are optimized for performance through tools available and contribute to brand growth
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify process gaps, and implement enhancements to improve speed, quality and scalability.
- Proactively manage changes to project scope, while identifying potential risks.
- Proactively escalation potential issues before they affect timelines/budgets.
- Coordinating departments relevant to project success to facilitate project work and delivery.
EXPERIENCE
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in agencies (production &/or digital) as Account/Project Manager with knowledge & understanding of postproduction processes
- Having worked with global clients.
- Used to project & team management
- Strong knowledge of digital production areas in terms of origination and localization.
- Experience in managing multiformat campaign toolkit deliveries (with platform focus).
- Experience in talking to global marketing and agency teams to align on production doubts.
- Strong understanding of and interest in automated workflows, AI applications in creative production, and digital asset management systems.

- C1 Level English (comfortable to hold daily communications via email and in person). French will be a plus.
