El equipo de REVEL lo formamos gente con experiencia en negocios digitales, tecnología y finanzas, que en el pasado ya hemos creado, escalado y vendido otras startups, y ahora queremos revolucionar el mundo de la movilidad con REVEL. ¿Qué estamos buscando? En REVEL buscamos a un técnico de selección de pesonal tech (recuiter) freelance que colabore con nosotros en un proyecto fulltime (35-40 horas) durante al menos tres meses. El equipo va a crecer y necesitamos a alguien que nos ayude durante las primeras fases del proceso. Trabajará de la mano de lideres técnicos para ayudarnos a seleccionar a los perfiles más adecuados para el equipo. Entre tus labores se encontrará: - Entrevistas iniciales y de fit cultural. - Publicación y cribado de ofertas en Linkedin y portales de empleo. - Búsqueda activa de candidatos a través de métodos alternativos. - Apoyo al equipo técnico en la toma de decisiones. Requisitos Indispensables: - Experiencia en selección de perfiles tech. Es fundamental que conozcas el ecosistema tecnológico actual y que estés acostumbrado/a a seleccionar a este tipo de perfiles. - Excelentes habilidades comunicativas. - Sólidas capacidades de síntesis, organización y presentación de resultados. - Atención al detalle, proactividad y "ownership". - Capacidad legal de trabajar como freelance: tienes que poder facturarnos como autónomo/a o tener una empresa. Esto es una colaboración por proyecto. Suma puntos: - Has trabajado antes en el mundo startup. - Tienes un buen nivel de inglés. ¿Localización? El equipo con el que colaborarás se encuentra en Madrid, en carrera de San Jerónimo. Deberás pasar tiempo con los líderes técnicos en la oficina pero también podrás trabjar de forma híbrida cuando necesites. Qué te ofrecemos: - Colaboración mínima de 3 meses, con posibilidad de prórroga según carga de trabajo. - Acuerdo por horas de trabajo dedicadas , no a éxito. - Integración directa con el equipo tech y visibilidad total de la operación.
