About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
IT Recruiter
to join our team on a 6-month contract in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
for IT positions, including software engineering, cloud computing, data, and infrastructure. - Partner with hiring managers
to understand talent needs, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies. - Source candidates
through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities. - Conduct structured interviews and technical assessments
to ensure skills and cultural fit. - Coordinate the offer process
, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback. - Maintain recruitment metrics
(time-to-hire, conversion ratios) to ensure efficiency and quality. - Leverage technology and automation tools
(e.g., AI platforms like Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows. - Ensure compliance
with internal processes and data protection regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for technical profiles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English at C1 level.
Important:
Please note that this is a contract position, hence you will need to be an "Autonomo" in Spain to be considered.
