About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Madrid's vibrant tech hub. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional engineering, IT, and data talent to meet our ambitious company goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the local tech market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently and in compliance with Spanish labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, define role expectations, and develop effective, Spain-specific recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the Madrid tech market.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Spanish labor laws, GDPR, and recruitment best practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire) to optimize our recruitment processes and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or similar role, with experience in managing a high volume of requisitions.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles (e.g., different programming languages, DevOps, cloud computing concepts).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high proficiency in both Spanish and English to navigate our global teams and talent pool.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (structured, competency-based) and recruiting tools (ATS, resume databases, social media platforms).Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and decision-making skills to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Familiarity with the Madrid tech ecosystem and an understanding of the local talent market dynamics.
- Fluent in English
