Would you like to apply your technical knowledge while supporting the daily operations of a dynamic and growing office?
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented person who can provide basic IT support to users while assisting with the day-to-day management of the office.
Main responsibilities:
IT Support (Helpdesk L1):
- Provide first-level technical support for users (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software.
- Record all maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Assist the IT team with preventive maintenance and general support tasks.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in IT support.
- IT Support of meetings, visits, and internal events
- Receive and handle deliveries, mail, and packages.
- Act as a point of contact for general office needs and staff requests.
- Recieve and handle deliveries, mail and packages
Requirements:
· CFGM in Sysadmin or similar
· Previous experience in office support, administrative roles, IT Support / Helpdesk
· Fluent in Spanish - English (B2+)
· Communication skills, customer contact. A good team player.
· Truckloads of motivation, positivity and enthusiasm
