As the business grows, we are currently looking to expand our staff and are looking for an IT Helpdesk and System Administrator.
The **IT Helpdesk/sysadmin **will be responsible to maintain the proper functioning of any computer system of the company and internal and external communications, as well as the orientation to new technologies and user requests.
**Minimum requirements**
- Higher Degree in Computer Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in Active Directory.
- 2 years of experience in administration of Windows systems.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows client platforms.
- 2 years of experience in cloud services in Azure, VM, Azure backup, Network security groups.
- 2 years of experience in communications infrastructure (routers, switches) Cisco.
- 2 years of experience managing Fortinet firewalls
- Knowledge of Cisco ip telephony is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
**Functions**
- Resolution of user incidents.
- Manage support team
- Assembly and configuration of Windows equipment.
- Administration of Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD.
- Manage ticketing tool to handle the incidents and request (Jira).
- Opening of incidents with suppliers or collaborating entities.
- Maintain support procedures.
- Manage process of access management.
