Wundermart is growing fast in Spain - and we’re ready to take things to the next level.
We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the Spanish market. You’ll be a key player in our Spanish team, especially if you are based in either Madrid or Barcelona, and work closely with an experienced commercial lead already on the ground. If you’re driven, sharp, and passionate about growing partnerships in hospitality – this could be your next move.
What you’ll do
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving Wundermart’s continued growth across Spain, particularly in the key markets of Barcelona and Madrid. You’ll work on the entire commercial process: from identifying prospects and pitching, to signing new partners and opening shops.
Wundermart is the fastest-growing company in its industry, and after successful launches in 10 other countries, we recently entered the Spanish market. You’ll build on the foundation we’ve already created — supported by our HQ and working closely with our commercial lead in Spain.
Expect to spend a lot of time in hotels, introducing them to our tech-driven shop concept, building strong relationships, and becoming a go-to name in the local hotel scene.
You’ll work hand in hand with your commercial colleague to coordinate efforts, share insights, and drive performance across Spain.
Your key responsibilities
- Own your regional pipeline from first contact to signature
- Actively approach new prospects through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and inbound leads
- Drive new business by signing and opening shops in your region
- Work with both individual hotels and hotel chains/groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the hospitality sector
- Be a trusted local expert – representing Wundermart in your region
- Collaborate closely with other teams and help improve our offering through feedback and data

Who you are
- You live in or near Madrid or Barcelona, with the flexibility to travel between cities occasionally
- You have a valid driver’s license
- You bring 5+ years of experience in a commercial, client-facing role
- Experience in hospitality, retail tech, or B2B sales is a big plus
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
- You speak Spanish and English fluently
- You’re a self-starter: proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on
- You build relationships with ease and know how to close a deal
- You're someone who thrives in a scale-up environment - fast-paced, dynamic, and full of opportunity
