Lead Acquisition Manager

A fast growing startup in the digital healthcare industry is looking for a **Lead Acquisition Manager** in Valencia to join the adventure. Auzen revolutionises the world of hearing care by offering unprecedented online access to innovative hearing-aids and remote adjustment services at a highly competitive price.
**The job includes**:
- Managing the budget for user acquisition with input from relevant stakeholders and teams
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads campaigns for all countries where the company is present (Spain, Italy, UK, Switzerland)
- Constantly generating fresh ideas to increase number of leads while keeping the target CPL level
- Possessing the ability to manage and lead any media channels as needed
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent level of written and spoken English is a must. **Italian, French or German is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies and tactics
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot reports)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (HubSpot, Channable, Zapier)
- Understanding of customer journey, market and industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Strong budget management and forecasting ability
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
**Experience**:
- Google Ads: 5 years (required)
- Facebook Ads: 5 years (required)
- Google Shoping: 3 years (preferred)
