Young Venture Group owns an extensive real estate portfolio consisting of residential, commercial and short-stay properties/hotels. Our real estate portfolio is our foundation. It provides periodic income and balance within the group.

We have the ambition to expand our real estate investment activities to Valencia and build up a real estate portfolio here.

About the position:

As a Rental and property manager, you will be the lynchpin of the letting process and property management. From acquisition, opening our office in Valencia, drafting lease agreements to handling tenant questions, you are always ready to support. With your active involvement, you ensure optimal occupancy rates and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

You are the commercial jack-of-all-trades who manages the rental process from A to Z. From drawing up rental agreements to supporting marketing activities to quickly fill vacant units, you have no trouble doing it. In addition, you are the first point of contact for tenants, offer professional advice and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
