Primaria realtà italiana nel campo dei lubrificanti con presenza a livello internazionale.
**Posizione**
Stiamo cercando un Sales Manager intraprendente e motivato per sviluppare e gestire una rete di vendite nel settore dei lubrificanti in Spagna. Questa figura sarà responsabile di avviare le attività commerciali in Spagna, oltre a contribuire attivamente alle attività di vendita per aumentare il numero di clienti e il volume di vendite.
**Responsabilità**
Sviluppare una strategia di vendita per il mercato spagnolo, identificando opportunità di crescita e definendo obiettivi di vendita chiari
Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita, dalla prospezione iniziale alla chiusura, assicurando un servizio clienti di alta qualità
Creare una rete di vendite, selezionando, formando e gestendo un team di agenti / venditori in Spagna
Condurre ricerche di mercato per identificare i bisogni dei clienti e le tendenze del settore nel mercato spagnolo dei lubrificanti
Creare e mantenere solide relazioni commerciali con clienti esistenti e potenziali clienti, presentando i prodotti e negoziando accordi di vendita
Collaborare attivamente con l'HQ e altre funzioni aziendali per garantire una coesione strategica e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni
Rappresentare l'azienda in fiere e eventi del settore, svolgendo attività di networking e promozione dei prodotti
Analizzare i dati di vendita e generare report regolari sulle performance delle vendite
**Requisiti**
Comprovata esperienza nel settore delle vendite nel settore dei lubrificanti o settori affini, con una solida conoscenza del mercato spagnolo
Ottimo track record nel contribuire attivamente alle attività di vendita
Orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati e capacità di negoziazione
Orientamento consulenziale al cliente e capacità di fornire un servizio di alto livello
Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente in Spagna per visitare i clienti e supportare il team di vendita
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
