**Your responsibilities and impact working as a Reception Desk Coordinator will be**:
- Responding to enquiries and handling different problems
- Ensure quality and professional service
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and follow up of customer information
- Record all information in the internal system
**Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role**:
- A native-level proficiency in Spanish, with a good command of English
- A minimum of 5 years of receptionist/front desk experience, preferably within a clinic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Confident ability of handling administrative tasks
- You are customer service orientated,a strong team player with a friendly attitude
