**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **PRODUCT ANALYST **you will help to create and maintain SAM Global Product Catalogue, elaborate key metrics reports, consolidate product information, manage the Luxembourg Funds Database, coordinate documentation and prepare commercial material and presentations, analyze products and modifications to existing products to be submitted to the Global Product Committee and support all the administrative processes that relates to the Global Product Committee including the preparation of the agenda, generation of the minutes, organize the documentation to be presented, maintain the records of the sessions and the products reviewed on each calendar and submit the information to the Fiduciary Risk Committee.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Guarantee that current processes for Global Products launched in Luxembourg are executed (dissemination of static and dynamic data to third party providers, manage the relationship with Fund info and Deloitte as key providers for fund dissemination and, elaborate KIIDs and participate on its annual reviews, prepare EPTs, EMTs and EETs, collaborate with commercial presentations, guarantee the fund factsheets production and recurrently update legal and commercial information of the Lux funds.

Will provide value to the organization helping in the technical and commercial support of the Global Products and Luxembourg fund range, managing all the database and reports, maintaining the processes attached in order to guarantee the adequate support to the Lux product range, keeping updated all legal and commercial information for the local companies, internal clients and final customers, including a day-to day relationship with the different SAM entities to provide information about the Luxembourg product range.

EXPERIENCE
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience within the financial industry, banking or asset management.
- Does not require previous experience managing funds, but must be familiar to product management and understand the main technical characteristics of a mutual fund.
- Experience in providing commercial support for products (do not need to be funds) and marketing will be valuable.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Must have experience in providing technical support to networks.
- Must understand the asset management
- Databases (Access or equivalent) and Excel Macros
- High English Level
