**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Senior Business Analyst **, te encontrarás en un entorno de desarrollo Agile formando parte de un equipo multidisciplinar la responsabilidad será liderar la definición de MVPs e Historias de Usuario para poner nuevas soluciones digitales a disposición de clientes y empleados de SCIB. Demostrar de una forma analítica de pensar para innovar soluciones digitales partiendo de problemas financieros actuales.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Tener la capacidad de poder evaluar procesos de negocio actuales, anticipar requerimientos y proponer áreas de mejora.
- Liderar el desarrollo de estrategias de optimización y digitalización de procesos.
- Formar parte de un equipo multidisciplinar de técnicos y diseñadores para adaptar los requerimientos de negocio a las nuevas necesidades de nuestros clientes y empleados.
- Garantizar la entrega continua identificando diferentes MVPs y registrando el roadmap en JIRA, garantizando así el entendimiento de los equipos de desarrollo.
- Identificar dependencias o bloqueos y trabajar en su resolución.
- Apoyar en reuniones para entender necesidades de negocio y capacidad para mostrar avances en los proyectos.
- Gestionar la planificacion, comunicación y negociación de conflictos en las iniciativas que se llevan a cabo.

**QUÉ BUSCAMOS**

EXPERIENCIA
- Al menos 5 años desarrollando funciones de business analyst técnico o junior technical product owner.
- Valorable conocimiento de productos financieros del segmento de empresas.

EDUCACIÓN
- Graduado/Licenciado/Master.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Metodología Agile, Metodológicas de captura de información, conocimiento de software de producto, conocimiento de analisis de workflows, técnicas de gestión de costes, mentalidad analítica, planificación.
- Nuevas tecnologías y nuevos modelos de negocio: APIs / Testing / UX / Fintech
- Inglés avanzado y Español.
