**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
**PagoNxt **is a ne w company wholly owned by Santander that incorporates our most disruptive payments & trade businesses into a single, autonomous company, creating one of the largest private fintech companies in the world. This new company will deliver payment & trade solutions for merchants and consumers with compelling technology to become a leading global payments provider in the medium term.
We need someone like you who will help us in different fronts:
- Define, own and maintain the product roadmap for Euro payment capabilities, working with cross-functional teams from the payment hub and Santander Group Banks.
- Ensure product requirements are compliant with payment regulations (e.g. PSD2) and scheme rules.
- Create strategy papers and business cases for new products.
- Participate in customer sales engagements.
- Understand the market, both in terms of competitor offerings and in terms of customer demand
- Work with marketing to create customer proposition into the market
**REQUIREMENTS**:
2+ years of experience in a payments industry, operations or product role.
English is a must, Spanish desirable
Understanding of ISO20022 preferred
