Tasks

**As a Customer Success Trainee, your primary role will be**:

- Working closely with the Head of Customer Success Team to support the lead generation process
- Assisting the team in the development of materials needed for the proposals.
- You will assist in coordinating the team with other teams to ensure smooth communications.
- Contribute to the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate interest and demand for our products or services.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for a talented student to drive the growth of the Customer Success Team who enjoys the consultative part of a sales role, where you dive deep into the needs of your future client.
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Effective communication capabilities.
- An adaptable, hard-worker and proactive mindset, prepared to face the unique challenges
