Our HR Software unit provides implementation and maintenance activities services to leading private and public sector organisations. Our consultants stand out for their thorough expertise, versatility, customer orientation and drive. Within HR Software, we are looking for new talent to strengthen our project and maintenance team.

**What does your day look like?**

Your duties will consist of:

- Performing functional analyses/workshops at the customer's site.
- Implementing, configuring, testing and maintaining projects at the customer's site.
- Ensuring continuity and correct operation of implemented processes, systems and tools at the customer's site.
- Participating in the translation of relevant market trends into the basic X-Tend package (SD Worx Payroll Add-on built on Microsoft Dynamics Axapta technology).
- Provide support and advice to customers within the scope of the service.
- Build a relationship of trust with customers and be alert to additional needs.
- Actively participate in upselling various services and tools.

**Your profile**

We expect you to have:

- Received a higher education.
- Already built up a first solid knowledge of payroll and social legislation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Excel skills and technical aptitude
- Able to work on projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate a message clearly.
- You are stress-resistant and flexible
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus).
