**Junior Payroll Accountant - (Málaga)**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules.
- Support the month end activities, bookings, reconciliation and reporting.
- Ensure employee salaries are transferred to respective bank accounts in a timely manner.
- Provide outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
- Assist with completing process documentation as necessary to ensure consistent execution of day-to-day activities.
- Flexibility/willingness to work on special projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong operational accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with strong social skills and work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyse large amounts of data.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- C1 English level.
